Please bring your insurance card, a current medication list, any relevant medical reports and, for vaccination questions, your vaccination record.
During opening hours we see urgent cases on the same day; please call ahead briefly. In life-threatening emergencies call 144.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; missed appointments without timely cancellation may be charged.
